Your selected domain: thebeatlescollection.com

There are two possibilities for using your domain name with your IONOS package:
- Transfer your domain from your current domain provider to IONOS
- Keep your domain with your current domain provider
Transfer domain to IONOS
I want to transfer the selected domain from my current provider to IONOS - once the domain is transferred it will be fully hosted with IONOS.

Authorization
Please start the domain transfer only if you are authorized.
If you do not have your authorization code on hand, you can enter it later in the Control Panel.

An authorization code is an 8 to 20 character code assigned by the provider or host of your domain (registrar) when the domain was registered and can be obtained from your current registrar.

Select your Nameserver Settings
Once the domain transfer to IONOS is successful, the DNS settings for your domain will be automatically pointed to IONOS’s name servers and connected to the services included in your package. Please note, if your domain name is currently active and connected to any services, there may be a period of downtime while the DNS settings are being updated.

Once the domain transfer to IONOS is successful, the DNS settings for your domain will remain unchanged. Please note, in order to use IONOS services included in your package, you will need to re-configure the DNS settings to point to IONOS’s name servers. See how

Setting up your registered domain as an external domain

To set up an external domain for use with your existing IONOS products, please log in to your account and go to the domain overview page. You can find further instructions here.

In order to move some top-level domains, an authorization code is required. Without a valid code your domain cannot be moved. You can get an authorization code from your current provider or registrar.

The authorization code is a security code required for some top-level domains. It certifies that you are the domain owner or administrative contact, and ensures that the domain transfer can only be made by authorized parties.
